650 SQ. FT. STUDIO LOFT IN CONVERTED INDUSTRIAL FACTORY BUILDING

DESCRIPTION:
The goal of this project, which became a comprehensive renovation midway through the design process, was to highlight and restore the cadence of the original barrel-vaulted ceilings while at the same time creating three distinct, yet unified, spaces below: Entry/ Eat-in Kitchen, Living Room Platform, and Semi-Private Bed Area. The apartment also features a luxurious stone-clad bathroom and custom millwork throughout.
